Reading is one of the key areas of our curriculum and an area which we are relentless about.
Our Read2Dogs scheme helps children to improve their literacy skills and encourage confidence and concentration in the classroom.
Reading a story aloud to a PAT Dog, a great non-judgemental listener, helps children to enjoy the reading experience. “Scamp” the dog visits us once a week and is much loved and a real favourite with all of our children.
